Welcome to Carry Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). Carry Studio is a creator productivity and content automation system designed to assist content creators in generating, previewing, and scheduling multi-photo carousel posts for TikTok accounts.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use Carry Studio in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
You agree to adhere strictly to TikTok's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
You are solely responsible for all content, images, and captions generated, managed, or posted through Carry Studio.

3. TikTok API Integration

Carry Studio connects to TikTok via official developer APIs (e.g. Content Posting API). By connecting your TikTok account:

You authorize Carry Studio to manage post drafts or publish multi-photo carousels as explicitly directed by you.
Posts may be sent to your TikTok inbox as drafts. You decide in the TikTok app whether to publish them, with which privacy setting, and whether to label them as AI-generated content.
You understand that access tokens are stored securely and privately in your local environment and are never shared publicly.

4. Limitation of Liability

Carry Studio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
